Wrought Iron Horseshoe Crab Door Knocker

A piece of the beach life, preserved in iron forever, as a door knocker!

A classic of any New England beach visit, this horseshoe crab is carefully hand forged, then engineered to work perfectly as a door knocker. Since it's sealed with a semi-gloss sealant that looks remarkably like a real crab, it should last a lifetime on your door.

A hidden hinge is under the large carapace, with a knock plate hidden underneath the entire body. The entire knocker attaches to your door with just two simple screws and should take no more than 2 minutes to install. Screws are included.  

Crab measures 7.25" high by 3.5" wide and comes off the door 1.5" inches. Due to the handmade nature of this piece, measurements are approximate.
