Incised Brass Fish and Sea Life Pattern Hamsa

The hamsa may very well be the first truly multicultural symbol, used throughout the Mediterranean basin by Jews, Muslims and Christians for centuries as a sign of good luck and to bless a home and it's inhabitants. The raised eye pattern at the center traditionally wards off the evil eye.

An elegant fish, seaweed and sea creatures pattern is carefully incised into brass, then hand painted.

Hamsa measures 5" long by 3.25" wide and comes with a brass ring for hanging.

Handmade in Haifa, Israel
